Our group runs are from several locations throughout the year as seen below. We usually schedule two locations for Tuesday and Thursday in the evenings which stay consistent for the month. Then the following month these runs change to two new locations.
We run Tuesday and Thursday evenings year around. Tuesdays we starting at 6:00 p.m. and Thursdays we make time to enjoy some food and beverages after the run by beginning at 5:30 p.m. Weekday runs are usually 4 to 6 miles long with paces varying from 6:00 min miles to 12:00 min miles.
Our long runs usually take place on Saturday or Sunday mornings at 8:00 a.m. depending on race schedules and weather. Please check the calendar on this website or the Facebook page for scheduled runs as we change the location each month for a change of pace.
